1. Please send a copy of your CV to awards@vincents.org.
2. Please ask two people for references. One must be an academic reference, the other a sports reference. For example, one would be from your main coach, and the other from an academic supervisor/teacher who has known you for at least a year. They should send their references in pdf format, clearly stating your name in the subject line, directly to awards@vincents.org. Only two references will be considered.
