As President of Vincent's, I beg to welcome you to the Club's website.
Vincent's is a gentlemen's club whose members are elected from the affiliates of Oxford University. It was founded by W. B. Woodgate of Brasenose College in 1863, with the aim of bringing together the leading men from across the Undergraduate class. Since then, Vincent's has upheld its strong tradition of uniting those members of the University who have excelled in sport and who would contribute to the Club's character.
Exploring the site
The website offers an up-to-date resource on Oxford sport and on day-to-day events at Vincent's. Oxford Sport provides information about varsity matches and links to other important components of Oxford Sport. For information on the club's social functions, including cocktail parties and weekly sports nights, please see the interactive Term Card / Events. The Photo Gallery provides samples of past annual club photos as well as a snapshot of the numerous social gatherings in which Vincent's is involved.
For members and those involved in Oxford sport who wish to book lunches and dinners, the Dining Area provides information on the services which the club offers along with contact details for booking. Members will be happy to see that the toad in the hole retains a regular place on the daily lunch menus!
